A UEFA B licensed coach with over 15 years of experience in youth and senior football development across Lagos academies. Coach Emeka has guided OKAKA FC to multiple league titles and is renowned for developing technically excellent, tactically intelligent players.

Bayo Ajayi

Assistant Coach

Former professional midfielder who played in the Nigerian Professional Football League before moving into coaching. Coach Bayo specialises in midfield development, game preparation, and opposition analysis.

Musa Bello

Goalkeeper Coach

A former goalkeeper with ten years of professional experience, now dedicated to developing the academy's goalkeepers from grassroots level to the first team. Coach Musa's sessions are renowned for their detail and intensity.

Ngozi Eze

Fitness & Conditioning Coach

A certified strength and conditioning specialist focused on age-appropriate athletic development, injury prevention, and recovery. Coach Ngozi designs the physical programme that keeps the squad match-fit all season.
