Academy Philosophy

At Okaka FC, we believe in building from the ground up. Our youth academy, established in 2010, has become a beacon of talent development in the region, producing several first-team regulars and even players who have gone on to represent the national team.

Training Facilities

The academy boasts state-of-the-art facilities including three full-size pitches, a gymnasium, and classroom spaces for academic support. Our coaching staff includes UEFA-licensed coaches who implement modern training methodologies.

Success Stories

In the past five years alone, 12 academy graduates have made their first-team debuts. Most notably, striker Chidi Obi (18) has scored 7 goals in his debut season, while midfielder Emeka Okafor (19) has become a regular starter.

Youth Development Program

Our program focuses not just on football skills, but on holistic development including education, character building, and life skills. We partner with local schools to ensure our young players receive quality education alongside their football training.
